Refund Policy

D'Vand Event Place Refund Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness in our booking process, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees the availability of our venue for your event date.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the event date: The non-refundable deposit will be retained, and no further refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: You will be responsible for the full cost of the event, and no refunds will be granted.

3. Refunds for Termination

If D'Vand Event Place terminates your event due to a violation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to damage to the property, disruptive behaviour, or exceeding the agreed-upon capacity, no refund will be issued.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that D'Vand Event Place is unable to host your event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.
Disputes: D'Vand Event Place reserves the right to make the final decision on any refund disputes.

By making a reservation with D'Vand Event Place, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these refund policies.
